Oligospermia: There is no specific treatment for oligospermia. If you can discover the cause, then you can try to treat that. Things to consider are: it may be random variation. Do another sperm count in 1-2 months. If you have sex or masturbation frequently, decrease your frequency to see if that helps. If you have trouble having sex, check your testosterone levels. Avoid meds that cause retrograde ejaculation.

However, it's been successfully used for male infertility -- the quality and movement of sperm which are present, has improved. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/12322866  there are some herbal (not homeopathic) medicines which might help:  maca, tongkat ali, tribulus, ashwagandha, & mucuna pruriens.
