Find the reason: The treatment of oligospermia depends on the reason for the low sperm count to begin with. If it's due to cigarette smoking, for example, we stop smoking. If it's due to low hormones, hormone treatment may help. If it's due to a varicocele, surgical removal may work. In other words, find out why it exists and then treat it accordingly.
