Normal measurements: The normal uterine size is approximately 7.5 x 5 x 2.5 cm.  Your uterus seems fairly normal in measurements.  However, normal size doesn't necessarily mean normal function.  Sometimes, you can still experience abnormal bleeding patterns with a normal sized uterus.

Depends: That can be a normal sized uterus. What are your symptoms? If pain and bleeding consider a Mirena (levonorgestrel) iud. You may eventually want a hysterectomy. But if you don't have any symptoms then there is no problem. Why did they do the ultrasound? Pain?

The fibroid: is not a normal finding, but it is a relatively common incidental finding which may or may not have clinical relevance depending on your history/symptoms.  The 8mm endometrium is normal.

Fertility in 20's: Solely based on your age, you should not have any trouble getting pregnant. However, there are multiple factors that affect fertility besides ovaries and uterine cavity. Is there an obstruction involving your fallopian tubes? Male factor infertility? If you don't become pregnant after 1 yr of trying, consider obgyn eval. Have sex often, preferably 1 &amp; 2 days prior to ovulation &amp; during ovulation.

Yes: Many women experience pain related to the uterus, commonly around 20-22 weeks.  This is often pain on one side or the other, worse with movement.  We attribute this pain to stretching of the round ligaments - attachments of the uterus to the pelvis.  In the absence of bleeding or any significant history, this is probably of low concern.

No: it's actually never normal to have "no uterine lining," especially right before menstruation. Have you been told you have no lining? How was this determined?

: "Retroversion" of the uterus is just an anatomic designation for the location more towards the spine, and does not significantly have clinical importance if the uterus is otherwise normal in configuration.
