Normal measurements: The normal uterine size is approximately 7.5 x 5 x 2.5 cm. Your uterus seems fairly normal in measurements. However, normal size doesn't necessarily mean normal function. Sometimes, you can still experience abnormal bleeding patterns with a normal sized uterus.

Not large: Perhaps the measurements seem large because you're not used to cm. Your uterus is normal. 7.5cm long means 3 inches long. That's not very long for a uterus.
