Need MRI: Hepatic lesions are not too uncommon and triple phase MRI at times with evovist do a very good job in determining the exact etiology.

Difficult to say: without additional details. Statistically, if you are of average risk, most small incidental liver lesions are benign. Further diagnostic testing(e.g. CT and/or MRI) may be needed because the US appearance is often too non specific.

None: You cannot make a diagnosis from that information.  It is likely a benign cyst, but it could be something else.  A biopsy is required to make the diagnosis.

Hypoeheic lesion: Hypoeheic ; hypo vascular lesion on us but with normal ct, lfts; no liver disease, shows technical us artifact. However hypo echoic  lesions can be abscess, angioma, adenoma or mets from other organ, considered. Please see a gastroenterologist for good history and thorough physical examination and further work to address your concern. Thanks.

Normal parotid gland: will not have any nodules , most common nodules are benign few are malignant , most common tumor of parotis is benign mixed tumor ( pleomorpheicadenoma ) Just see your doctor and follow the advise.

It would be better: If you said where these findings were. It almost sounds like the thyroid. If so cysts in the thyroid may be colloid cysts and they look like cysts with internal echoes or old blood etc. therefore please specify where you have these findings

Probably ok: Just make sure to check with the doctor that ordered the test. If they are unsure, consider a consultation with an ENT doctor that deals with parotid disease. Not all of them do. Hope this helps!
