Certainly: Feeling guilty is a close cousin to serious anxiety. Things occur when a person has guilt associated anxiety.  Our parasympathetic nervous system can go on a binge affecting heart beat, G.I. Activity, sleep, appetite, energy levels and things like  our mental clarity and decision making capabilities.  Guilt can become depression and it's very clear that depression has health consequences.

Cant change the past: There's nothing we can do to change the past.. Regrets. I suppose you can apologize but other than that we just need to learn from past mistakes and not repeat them. Live in the present and once you make amends., move on

Remember: You can try to remember what airline attendants say during their talks on basic flight safety.  In the event of a drop in cabin pressure, put your own oxygen mask on first -- and only then help others with theirs.  Unless you're nourished, rested, and cared for, you will not be able to care for others who need you to be at your best.  Self-sacrifice and human flesh have limits.

Unrealistic goals: Perhaps part of your problem is that you set unrealistic goals for yourself and then feel disappointed in yourself (and guilty) when you can't meet your self-imposed deadlines.  Alternatively, if procrastination is a problem, then breaking down tasks into more bite-size (and do-able) pieces might help a lot.  Remember:  forgive yourself again and again and again.  Admittedly, it's hard to do!

Support group: Joining a support group for a particular medical condtion will give you the opportunity to interact with others who are in a similar situation.  It helps to know that you are not alone.

You may have an eating disorder, but it's hard to tell given so little information. Speak with a therapist who specializes in eating disorders to figure this out.

I think it depends on a number of factors, such as your religious and moral convictions, whether it was consensual or whether you coerced or manipulated the other into having sex. Guilt generally is a feeling telling us we did something wrong or not to repeat that behavior again. I am unable to answer whether your guilt is warranted or not.
