Cant change the past: There's nothing we can do to change the past.. Regrets. I suppose you can apologize but other than that we just need to learn from past mistakes and not repeat them. Live in the present and once you make amends., move on And don't repeat the past.

Honor yourself : Remember that every moment of every day your actions are influenced by both your conscious thoughts and more powerfully your subconscious mind. Learn about what may have happened to you on the past that contributes to the decisions you make and forgive yourself. Consider self hypnosis . Check out www. hypnosisdownloads.com. Learn and love yourself .

See below: Can't change the past, can't predict the future, only can focus on here and now (the present). Treat it as learning experiences and move on. If the thoughts you're having are overwhelming, consider individual psychotherapy to help you sort through reactions. Good luck!

Stupid Deeds: I am speaking as an expert in human behavior and I mean this passionately: every human being does absolutely stupid things repeatedly. Learning and change are harder than we think. Lightening up on your shame and self-criticism are very important. Change is almost impossible when overly self critical or focusing on what you shouldn't do. It's a terrible cycle that invites failure.
