Unlikely: It is unlikely that a CT would be wrong. It is a very good test for assessing abscesses and an air/fluid level is an excellent indication of perforated bowel. It could however have been read incorrectly but most radiologists are expert in reading CT scans. You should ask for a second radiologist to read the CT if you suspect an error.

Get drained and diverted --- General surgery or possibly interventional radiology or both!left or right colon perforation, or appendiceal abscess if on right.

Possibly: Although it is very unusual to have vaginal bleeding during or because of a bowel movement, as the canals are separate. If you suffer from a condition called vaginal or uterine prolapse, bearing down for a bowel movement may cause prolapse of  those organs and bleeding. Your local GI or obgyn can evaluate for the condition.

Vaginal bleeding  and pain could be multiple causes. You could  possibly be pregnant + having an Ectopic (tubal) pregnancy SERIOUS
I would definitely see a doctor or go to the ER ASAP to prevent  shock or more bleeding.

i had an episode of bleeding vaginally after bowel motion, my period isnt due for 2 weeks and ive never had this before. i also get a pain central upper abdomen when i press below my belly button? iud in situ also. what might this be?

: Observe closely to make sure the blood coming out from the vagina or from the rectum so you can tell your doctor if bleeding recurs because the work up will be different. If you have structural lesion in the uterus or from the rectum, bleeding will recur. The pain you feel when pushing down at the navel area does not come from the uterus which is located much lower.
