BerlyC asked: Painful and black bowel movement: Having black stools means bleeding is higher up in the bowel or stomach .Along with severe abdominal pain , +swollen belly , might have a small bowel obstruction. which is SERIOUS Vaginal bleeding and pain could be multiple causes. You could possibly be pregnant + having an Ectopic (tubal) pregnancy SERIOUS I would definitely see a doctor or go to the ER ASAP to prevent shock or more bleeding.
