Grade 1 DD?: Are referring to grade 1 diastolic dysfunction on an echocardiogram? If so, this is a condition where the heart's ability to relax is impaired. Grade 1 would be mild, where as grade 4 would be the worst.  Diastolic dysfunction effects the hearts ability to pump blood effectively and can lead to heart failure. Continue to see your physician regularly for treatment of this condition.

Extra support: With that ample breast size you need extra support. In addition to running bras there are shapers with control bras which go by names spanx or assets. Specialty bra shops that carry extra supportive garments & ensure proper fitting [also important.] also low impact exercise such walking, swimming, bicycling & elliptical machines will help. Congratulations on your healthy decision!

Growth Chart: Her growth chart will give you the best assessment to see if her weight and height are following the same growth curve. If there is an issue, explore it then. All the best.

at my dd 4yr physical she grew 5 inches but only gained 2lbs she weighs 34lbs now. is that normal to not gain that much the previous she gained 4lbs.

Growth: With growth, we check how the height is compared to the weight. Your doctor probably plotted out your child's weight and height on a growth chart. This tells us if the child is growing appropriately, where she is compared to other girls her age (like 50th percentile is average), and if her weight is right for her height. My feeling is it's ok, or they would have said something, but check and see.

Breast/areola size: Reduction mammoplasty operations can also surgically reduce the size of the areolae, but will add scarring to the appearance of the breasts, and will generally (at "36 dd") not be covered by medical insurance.

Primary nocturnal: enuresis or persistent bed-wetting at her age is still within normal limits. If she was dry at night  for 6 months or more, then began wetting, such secondary enuresis is more likely to have a medical cause. Ask her pediatrician about obtaining a 1st-voided, clean-catch midstream urine for urinalysis &amp; maybe culture. Don't scold; do have her participate in clean-up, calmly &amp; matter-of-factly.

What do you want?: If you want to lose weight, the best thing is to decrease junk food, decrease your portions and increase your exercise. Don&#x27;t go on a diet- you are likely to regain the weight when you stop. Gradually change your lifestyle to get in better health. 
It&#x27;s hard to say about your breasts- obviously they carry some weight, but you may lose some of that when you lose weight overall.

1/28/14: 1/28/14 is the perfect day for you to have gotten pregnant. however, if you had sex within a week before or a week after the 28th, you could potentially have become pregnant from that intercourse.

That is fine.: Nipple size ; breast cup size don't need to correspond.
