What do you want?: If you want to lose weight, the best thing is to decrease junk food, decrease your portions and increase your exercise. Don't go on a diet- you are likely to regain the weight when you stop. Gradually change your lifestyle to get in better health. It's hard to say about your breasts- obviously they carry some weight, but you may lose some of that when you lose weight overall.

BMI: Your calculated BMI is 27.8 which puts you in the overweight (not obese) classification. Adopting a lower calorie diet combined with an appropriate exercise regimen should help you lose weight in your body overall, including your breasts (which are likely only slightly contributing to your BMI). You can do it! Talk with a nutritionist and personal trainer for faster results.
