See below: Unless the radiation is delivered by implanted seeds, most people receiving external beam radiation are not going to place a child at risk. Check with your doctors to see which type of radiation that you are receiving.

Maybe normal : An extremely active 9 month old may be normal, or the hyperactivity might be an early sign of a neurodevelopmental problem. If it persists, discuss with pediatrician at every visit.

Clarification: It is important to schedule follow up with the doctor who did the tests to clarify what was found and what the treatment plans are. If you mean that you right fallopian tube is blocked then it is a good sign the left is working fine since you were able to get pregnant three times.  A blocked tube is unrelated to miscarriages.

Hard to say : The vague symptoms listed are not specific to one condition. If it persists long enough to interfere with her daily activities an exam &amp; review of her history may provide the answer &amp; treatment.

Not much: It may be helpful in very dry environments but seldom makes much difference. Nasal congestion is aggravated by dust/fumes/smoke/irritants &amp; removing them from their sleeping area does the most good. Actively washing out their nasal passages with saline give short term benefits.

how do i treat a blocked nose and tight chest or cough in my infant of 11 weeks?

Nasal wash out: The first months are troubled by narrow nasal passages &amp; exposure to dust, fragrences, smoke &amp; other irritants.Baby tries to flush these out of the nose  with mucous but this often ends as congestion &amp; produces rattling with breathing. The best rx is washing out the nose with saline &amp; suctioning the remainder. Eliminate irritants from babies environment &amp; this will happen less.

hi doctor! i have a 7 months old baby she's been sick for almost a week now she has blocked nose and coughing, i've been using prospan, calpol and illiadin for babies but she's still sick. what else can i give her?

Nasal saline: Nasal saline and cool air mist may relieve congestion and decrease post nasal drip. Discontinue the other medications, and if there is a fever, please call your pediatrician. Sometimes upper respiratory infections may linger, but if there are symptoms of fever, dehydration or a prolonged cough, please see your pediatrician next week.

Some basics: RSV is a worrisome infection to small infants whose tiny airways  plug easily with mucus.A 3 yo is at little risk when they do get it because their lungs have bigger airways. At that age they essentially get a cold. Meds are seldom helpful. Treatment is supportive &amp; focuses on comfort.If the kid feeds poorly/won't play have him seen.They do get secondary infections in the ears/lungs occasionally

Old book is correct: The maternal and fetal risk rises with age. The answer to your question of why people are having babies when they are older can also be found in your old high school books (i.e. Industrial revolution).
