i am 49 & have 2 kids. get frequently headcahes and or loose motion.  doctor said an artery in stomach is swollen and there is bruit.  pl advise.?

Need more: It sounds like you have a problem with your arteries. We wouldn't expect problems with the gastric arteries to cause headaches or dizziness. It is possible, however, that you have problems in several arteries including arteries that supply the brain or are near it. Imaging studies of the head and neck arteries can evaluate this further. Continue working with your doctor.

Pulsating artery: I'm guessing that you are thin and you can feel your aorta or even see it pulsating the aorta is a large artery that takes bloodvfrom the heart to the rest ofbthe body.

GP: Your doc would be in best position to assess and decide if a note would be appropriate in your case. Always remember that symptoms have to be reported as early as aware, otherwise notes cannot be issued retroactively based on hearsay. Objective evidence is also needed, such as temperature, rash, etc in order to substantiate the note and for legal purposes.

stomach is pushed out very far but im not fat. it gets more pushed out throughout the day but in the morning before breakfast its a little smaller.

Not enough info!: Hard to say what's going on here.  Could be diastasis recti (a separation in abdominal wall muscles), if you are a heavy drinker it could be due to cirrhosis (though unlikely at your age), could be from excessive gas or constipation.  See your GP and let that doc sort it out for you. Once you have a diagnosis, then you can get a treatment plan.  Do a google image search for diastasis recti in men

Any weight loss: Eating small amounts is okay. If she had not lost weight, her diet and manner of eating are okay.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine

can schizophrenics overthink and overanalyze ik theres different types tho but for example stomachs been hurting for a while being weird they look up symptoms and think the worst thing possible is wrong?

: Yes, schizophrenics and people who are not schizophrenic can all have these thoughts. Often, this is termed hypochondria. If you have chronic symptoms which concern you, talk to them over with your doctor. Good luck.

today its monday. last friday i started eating gluten after not have done it in 10 days. i dont have celiac d. saturday i started having problem with my stomach. having to go to the toilet a lot etc. can it be because ive started w. gluten again?

: It could be that putting gluten back in your diet caused these symptoms. These symptoms might go away if you keep eating gluten. There does seem to be people who are sensitive to gluten even without actual celiac disease. Review these symptoms with your doctor. Good luck to you!

please advise on what to do whether i can go back ?
