Need more: It sounds like you have a problem with your arteries. We wouldn't expect problems with the gastric arteries to cause headaches or dizziness. It is possible, however, that you have problems in several arteries including arteries that supply the brain or are near it. Imaging studies of the head and neck arteries can evaluate this further. Continue working with your doctor.
