Stop worrying: At your age, without symptoms, this is very unlikely to be lymphoma / Hodgkin's and it's not worth working up. Go on with your life. Congratulations on your pregnancy.

Maybe: second opinion is your right, however if your primary doctor reassured you about the mass (which we don't know about), you don't want to worry, but you can still ask for a referral, wish you well

what test do i ask for next. i have a mass on my spleen sant 3.4x3.2. wbc 13.6. swollen node in neck. night sweats and fatigue ( my dr thinks that may be from my meds). iga level of 936. most of all of my test come back normal but i dont feel good?

Splenic mass ?'s: Ask your physician for a referral to an infectious disease internist or a general surgeon.  The wbc level suggests a possible infectious process, consistent with "night sweats and fatique".

Under left ribs: The spleen is hard to feel  unless it is very enlarged. It is a very soft organ but in some conditions it becomes very swollen and tense. In that case you can feel the edge of it below the left lower rib cage.

See details: You may have no symptoms or the abnormalities may just be noted on lab tests. The enlargement would be in the upper part of the left side of the abdomen but unless the spleen is significantly enlarged you may not be able to feel it.

See doctor: The size of the spleen is of note.  This enlarges for many reasons.  The liver also enlarged is of concern as well.  There should be a coordinated laboratory values to help make sense of imaging results. Not a good idea to speculate on cause without more data. Speak to your doctor for more data

Sounds very: concerning, you should discuss these findings with your doctor, to be sure.  Testing/biopsy if masses would seem appropriate, all could be related or from separate problems. If all same source this would be very concerning for malignancy.

i had an ultrasound that showed a small mass on my liver. doctor ordered an mri in a couple weeks. he said the radiologist called it a something glioma. is this worrisome. i also have slightly swollen spleen and gallstones. also considered obese?

Hemangioma?: A Glioma is a type of brain cancer, they are not known to metastasize to the Liver. Masses in the liver can be benign (Hemangioma, Hepatic adenoma, Focal nodular hyperplasia, Cysts, Lipoma, Fibroma, Leiomyoma) or they can be Liver Cancer. Talk to your ordering Dr about exactly what he is thinking and follow up with him after the MRI when your Dr will have more information.

if a dig mamm says irregular focal asymetric density found in rb. is this a thickening or a mass finding. what is it?

hard to say: They are describing something that isn't a mass and they don't think looks like cancer, but isn't normal either. Your best consultant in this is the doctor who ordered the mammogram, who will speak to the radiologist, and see if other tests (like ultrasound or mri) could define the problem, and/or whether a biopsy is needed.

is a mass the same as a tumor?

: A mass is a group of cells or other materials stuck together in a swelling or enlargement. A tumor is a mass formed by abnormal cells, but not any mass has  to be a tumor. A tumor does not mean necesarily cancer, it can very well be benign.
