i get this pain by my heart,its like a small pinch that comes and goes at times.

about 2 cm from my chest. should i be concerned, what could this be? i never had this pain before, it started about last 5 months?

Often not heart: At your age this is often not heart related. The entrance to your stomach is physically located to the left of center just behind the heart. In that location stomach acid can backwash occasionally triggering "heartburn". This can have a gnawing or stabbing quality among other symptoms. Avoidance of caffeine/nicotine or laying down after meals can often reduce the process.

once in a while, i get a sharp pain in my chest, doctors said it was costochondritis but it doesn't feel like inflammation. can it be a pinched nerve?

Not likely: You are very young. Do you exercise?  Chances are like your doctor said it is musculoskeletal in nature.

at the peak of the deepest breath i can take standing sitting etc. i get a pinch sensation in my upper right chest between nipple and armpit.tumor?

Pain on deep : Breaths is called pleurisy.  Broad differential, but as a sign, not very specific. You need a chest x-ray, and if it does not show free air (pneumothorax) a prospect, might need more expensive work up.  See a good generalist or lung doctor. Cancer is not high on my list, even if you smoke, if 37 is your age.

i was told i have a pinched nerve in my neck causing pain in my right shoulder and arm.i also get chest pains and palpitations. heart attack symptoms?

Not likely to be: cardiac in etiology. Ask for a referral to a neurosurgeon or orthopedist for treatment of your neck.

can tight bra straps cause a stiff neck. i also get a sudden pinch in my chest when lifting my right arm especially. xray, ekg, &echo normal. problem?

Muscle may be reason:  This may not be a pinched nerve, but it may be a pinched muscle. Nick had muscles can sometimes cause similar complaints. This is something you can evaluate, and see your physician who might have to refer you to be clear. You have a lot of tests and that's why I think it's only muscle.

few days ago i had a sore throat, post nasal drip, a little chest congestion. feel way better now. i'm clearing mucus from my lungs (no cough, just clearing mucus). i feel an occasional lung pinch or dull pain. is that something i should get checked?

Fever: If you have a fever &gt;101, chills or malaise, it is advisable to see your PCP. Nasal saline will relieve congestion and post nasal drip. Keep well hydrated, rest and eat well.

Nerve pathways: People use the term pinched w/o accuracy, but Yes, this likely does follow a nerve pathway. Knowing it's a long time helps. Don't do it w/o freq breaks or changes of position or an ergonomic corrective. A DO, chiropractor, PT, OT, etc. can advise you. Modern work settings put us a risk for this if we're not careful.
