I get this pain by my heart,its like a small pinch that comes and goes at times. about 2 cm from my chest. should i be concerned, what could this be? i never had this pain before, it started about last 5 months?

Often not heart: At your age this is often not heart related. The entrance to your stomach is physically located to the left of center just behind the heart. In that location stomach acid can backwash occasionally triggering "heartburn". This can have a gnawing or stabbing quality among other symptoms. Avoidance of caffeine/nicotine or laying down after meals can often reduce the process.
