Yes, but rarely: Can occur with combination of distended bladder + very severe blow to lower abdomen such as a steering wheel compression injury during a motor vehicle accident.

Don't wait, void: It is best not to wait when the bladder is bursting. It is best to get to a rest stop as soon as possible and use the toilet. If that is impractical then find the nearest spot where you can urinate in the soil with some privacy. Don't wait, void as soon as possible.

Bladder capacity: Is usually 400-600 ml and I have never heard of a bladder rupturing.

Yes: It would be extremely rare to have a burst or ruptured gallbladder, but if it occurred it would be a surgical emergency.

Very unlikely: I have never heard of it happening, but i guess if the bladder wall is very thin and you are truly good at holding urine, most of the time, your urge and ability to hold urine is less than the pressure of the bladder to squeeze out the urine.

i have a prolapsed bladder - just wondering if there are no other systems except for maybe sometimes feeling a bit uncomfortable can it stay as is or is there "danger" like can it "burst" or "fall out completely".

Difficult to say: It depends on how much of the bladder is prolapsed. You could learn pelvic exercises, that is safe for you; to improve the tone of your pelvic muscles and that may reduce worsening of the prolapse. If you lift heavy things, that may make it worse. Surgery is an option to tighten the muscles and correct the prolapse.

hida scan says gall bladder ejection rate 0%.  will my gall bladder burst if i don't get surgery right away?

No: First, I do not know if you have gallstones by ultrasound or not. Hida scan apparently shows the gallbladder fills, but does not empty, so the gallbladder is not obstructed. This indicates there is no urgent problem with your gallbladder. Optional & elective to have surgery, and only if you are having appropriate symptoms related to the gallbladder.

may have a gall bladder issue, can't get in to a specialist for/month.  worried it could burst.  severe rib cage pains.  lipase was elevated 2 wks ago?

Get checked again : You need to get an Ultrasound and some blood work done  to ensure it is not acute cholecystitis(emergency)  as opposed to just biliary colic(non emergency) . If your pain is severe, fever, nausea and vomiting are present, then I suggest go to the ER . Only you know if your symptoms are worse . Alternatively , Your primary care provider can order these tests as an outpatient .

should i go to the er my ms symptoms seem to be getting worse i have been on steroid burst for 5 days and i lost control of my bladder, and i am having more spasams and more pain then ever thisis my 5 bout of ms in a year i am 23 years old and very scared

Exacerbations : Exacerbations of ms do sometimes require hospitalization when outpatient care is not working.  Going to the er may be a good idea, though you might first try contacting your neurologist's office.  It's possible that he/she or another physician is available by telephone to give you some advice.
