Weight loss:  A 13 pound or 6 KG weight loss over 4 to 8 weeks is significant if you are struggling to keep the weight on.  If this is a pattern for you, it may be time for a medical workup to investigate the cause.

Eat small meals: Small frequent meals, and lots of fiber might help. Absolutely no processed foods may help. Anything that slows absorption without adding excess calories may help you avoid spikes than sound like they're causing compensatory crashes. And never drink anything containing sugar except to urgently bring your sugar up. Is your pancreatic function normal?

Tough diagnosis: You have night-eating syndrome. Treatment of this disorder, according to current literature is perplexing and lacking a uniform treatment modality. Some patients do well with stress management counseling. Some improve with antidepressants or minor tranquilizers. There's no one good treatment. Be sure you see someone familiar with this disorder.

Severe Diet!: This is a severe diet. 700 calories/day is less than half of the metabolic requirements of an adult at rest without any physical activity. It is too severe and can result in kidney damage. Not eating after 10am means you aren't fueling your body during the times when your body needs it the most. in last 15 wks, from 218 lbs, i became 204 lbs.the only thing i'v changed is stoppd eating outside & hvng homely food. low fat, med protein,sufficient carb & high fibre. no fast food/fried/spicy food,alcohol. is this wt loss good or due to disease?

Maybe diet works...: If there's a reason for an obese person losing a pound a week, such as eating fewer calories, then we presume the lower calories is causing the weight loss. If such a patient has some new, worrisome symptoms of another disease, his doctor can evaluate those symptoms.

: If the flareup is causing many watery BM's You may have to take some imodium temporarily to bring it under control. Drink adequate room temperature fluids. Avoid high  fodmap foods. If you don't know what they are, google." Fodmap diet"

why keep it at 6?: I have no idea why you want to keep it at 6. A level of 4 (or 72 mg/dl) is perfectly healthy and should not cause any symptoms. Some people will get symptoms below 3.3. It is a bit unusual but not dangerous to have levels that low. No problem eating that much carbs but still avoid sugars and starches; choose complex carbs. Consider seeing an endocrinologist and checking your Insulin levels.
