Cetaphil: Cetaphil Gentle Cleanser and moisturizers are fantastic for conditioning the skin without clogging the pores or aggravating inflammation.  I recommend this product constantly and have almost always had favorable results.  Once the skin is conditioned, it is less likely to be irritated by over the counter acne products that can be used with it.

Acne returns: Yasmin (drospirenone and ethinyl estradiol) can control mild acne. When you are off, acne returns. So you need to see derm to have acne treatment, if you don't want to go back to yasmin (drospirenone and ethinyl estradiol).

i wonder about using skincare that contains exfoliating ingredients on eyelids for anti aging. can i use products on eyelids thats fine using around eye area but contains for ex citric acid and ist good for anti aging? recommend something else?

: You are still too young for thinking about aging. Inappropriate use of OTC products for your young facial skin is probably more harmful than beneficial. Good luck.

: It is hard to determine whether you have had a nodulocystic acne from your description of facial  lesions.  If you do,  tretinoin therapy by dermatologist would be beneficial.
