I wonder about using skincare that contains exfoliating ingredients on eyelids for anti aging. can i use products on eyelids thats fine using around eye area but contains for ex citric acid and ist good for anti aging? recommend something else?

You are still too young for thinking about aging. Inappropriate use of OTC products for your young facial skin is probably more harmful than beneficial. Good luck.
