Ulnar neuropathy: Once you have discovered and addressed the cause of the nerve entrapment &amp; depending upon severity and cause, it takes roughly one day per millimeter of nerve involved. If the area involved is the inside of your elbow, the ulnar nerve is involved. So if 20 cm is involved, it would take 6-7 months for the neuropathy to resolve. See your doctor who can help you get proper diagnosis and treatment.

Pinched Nerve: I would suggest seeing a pain/spine specialist to evaluate you further to evaluate where and what can be done to treat you.  There are interventional treatments besides medications and surgeries that might reduce or  eliminate the pain altogether. Generally nerve injuries take a long time to heal.  Hydro-dissection procedures may be helpful in relieving entrapments.

NSAIDs/Ice/Heat: Over the counter, you can try nsaids, ice/heat to the area.  Also try getting a massage to see if that helps.  Otherwise, it might be best to see doctor to see why you have this pain.

No: A pinched nerve around the elbow will only cause problems from the elbow down to the fingers. However, the same symptoms often represent a pinched nerve in the neck, which can feel like a pinched nerve in the elbow. Many of these resolve on their own. If it persists, you can get it examined to get a clearer answer.

Ulnar neuropathy: This could be results of the cervical disc impingement, an ulnar neuropathy or a tennis elbow.

i had a nerve test done showing a moderate to severe pinched nerve in elbow, i can't see ortho for 10 days, nervous that surgery will be only option?

Not only option: Fist step is therapy and protecting the nerve.  If your nerve test shows severe changes then surgery is the only want to stop the progression of the nerve injury.  If weakness or clumsiness of the hand is a problem then it will continue to worsen unless the nerve is decompressed.  Make sure you are going to an ortho who specializes in the upper extremity.  They often are call "hand specialists.".

Need exam: A pinched nerve in the neck is possible, but if tingling is ONLY at base of elbow and under scapula (shoulder blade) I would tend to lean away from that diagnosis as the symptoms are to focal.

Probably: The term cervical radiculopathy refers to symptoms that stem from a " pinched nerve" in the neck.  Your pain follows the C7 nerve pattern and so it very well could be the source of your symptoms.  An MRI would be the test of choice to confirm the disgnosis.
