Ulnar neuropathy: Once you have discovered and addressed the cause of the nerve entrapment & depending upon severity and cause, it takes roughly one day per millimeter of nerve involved. If the area involved is the inside of your elbow, the ulnar nerve is involved. So if 20 cm is involved, it would take 6-7 months for the neuropathy to resolve. See your doctor who can help you get proper diagnosis and treatment.

Cubital tunnel: Avoid sleeping with the arms bent at night. Your last thought before falling asleep should be keeping with your arms down by your side. Use a headset or a blue tooth device when talking on the phone. Avoid resting the elbow on a hard surface and drive with your left hand at 7 o'clock on the steering wheel instead of 10 or 12 o'clock.
