TB screening: Current recommendations require a chest 
x-ray be performed on any person whose tuberculin PPD testing or quantiferon blood testing is positive to rule out pulmonary tb.

i have pre medical for employment on wednesday and i recieve a result today. my x-ray result, it said pulmo clearance. what does it means and what should i do.? i never had experience a tb even a coughing in last year up now. please help me. i need?

: It would appear that the report states that no lung lesions were seen and that you are cleared of lung disease.
For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.

Sensitivities are also important for treatment.

Don't be scared: At your young age, this is most likely benign.  There are many etiologies for this, including past trauma or pneumonia.  Even, not taking a big breath during the x-ray could show an abnormality.  The good news:  the lung parenchyma (tissue) looks good.  If no other symptoms, relax.
If symptoms, see a physician asap.

Tuberculosis: MAYBE.  A pulmonary infiltrate does not necessarily mean tuberculosis. There are many things which cause pulmonary "densities". However, because TB is such a serious public health risk, it must be considered the leading diagnosis. At this point, you and your doctors must act as if you have TB, to prevent possible spread while further investigation and initial treatment occurs.

Faded lines: Unfortunately what you describe is too vague,  it doesn&#x27;t really have any meaning at all for me as a radiologist.  Is there a specific abnormality described in the report?  What terminology do they use?

Not TB: Radiographic findings are one part of diagnosis of disease processes. Some things can have similar appearances and usually differential in diagnosis.. Negative correlative blood test and sputum negate the radiographic findings. Negative skin test:  means the person’s body did not react to the test, and that latent TB infection or TB disease is not likely. Look for other cause of xray findings.
