TB screening: Current recommendations require a chest x-ray be performed on any person whose tuberculin PPD testing or quantiferon blood testing is positive to rule out pulmonary tb.

TB screening: To screen for TB we do PPD skin test or mantoux test. If positive, chest x- ray is done and sputum culture for TB is ordered.
