May be GYN related: Most frequently left lower quadrant abdominal pain in a young female is caused by gyn related issues (e.g. Ruptured ovarian cyst). Less commonly, at this age, a condition called diverticulitis (inflammation of colon diverticula) may cause similar pain. Rarely appendicitis may present with pain on the left side instead of the right. Other causes are related to urinary tract.

A normal person, not pregnant, not on medications, usually recovers easily. Taking a Pedialyte popsicle or 2-3 oz of Pedialyte hourly, plus drinking/eating little else, may settle things down. Otherwise, a Dr. should evaluate.

If your lower abdomen hurts, that could be your skin, muscles, bladder, uterus, or intestines. If the upper part of your abdomen hurts, it could be acid reflux, pancreatitis, or other problems. See a doctor for an assessment.

In that area are the stomach, left kidney, part of  large intestine & the spleen. Can be from strained abdominal muscles.Upper left sided- stomach-stop spicy foods, caffeine, & alcohol. Lower- colon. Constipated-laxative.

It is likely just: a muscle strain from the force of the sneeze. Now it is irritated each time you repeat. Potentially you could have an intraabdominal organ issue (splenic bruise or rupture) but you would be a lot sicker and the pain would not resolve easily. It will most likely resolve in a few days when you stop sneezing. If you or it get worse go and get checked out by a health care professional.

: You need to see a GI doctor to find out what is wrong. You may need to be scoped-a colonoscopy as well as an upper endoscopy-to find out what the diagnosis is so that it can be treated. Your symptoms, especially the 20lb weight loss, are concerning and you need to be diagnosed so treatment can be rendered. Good luck!

: There are many possible causes for what you describe. It could be due to a sore abdominal muscle, especially if you are doing a lot of abdominal exercises. Do you have constipation?
