i heard stretching and doing some yoga helps you look thinner. does that mean losing weight? how is this possible?

Theory: The belief is that through doing exercises like yoga and pilates, that you will lengthen your muscles and create an effect of looking longer and leaner. But i'm not sure how true that is. Yoga is a fabulous exercise for strengthening, toning and for relaxation. Used in conjunction with dietary modifications hopefully see weight loss as well.

NO: "pooping water" is diarrhea. This indicates you are losing fluid, nutrients, and electrolytes. Any weight lost by this matter will be regained rapidly by the body's mechanism to re-establish equilibrium.  To lose weight: eat a palm-sized portion of protein&portion of brown carbohydrate every 3 hr; sprinkle 4 fruits&5veggies +3tsp oil/fat across the day. Drink 80oz water/day. Exercise 30-45min/day.

Needs to be seen: If your 9yo is eating excessively and/or drinking more than usual she should be evaluated in person. Especially if she is also losing weight in this process as she may have an underlying condition that needs to be addressed. I highly recommend taking her in to be seen.

Unclear question: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, 
15 ketones is not a usual laboratory result. Ketones may form due to starvation and uncontrolled diabetes. It would be prudent to discuss it with the doctor who ordered the tests.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine

i have fatty liver from being obese. why would i feel a burning in this area  does that mean its getting worse? i am losing weight

Should be examined: Fatty liver is common in the U.S., and can happen in people who have high triglycerides, metabolic syndrome, pre-diabetes, obesity, etc...  People usually don't feel anything with mild fatty liver, so if one feels pain, swelling, bloating, burning, etc..., a doctor can evaluate to see if there  is also another problem, such as gall bladder disease, pancreatitis, an ulcer, a cancer tumor, etc...

consider bariatic Rx: I am not sure what is meant by drinking 1/2 body weight.  In general, drinking lots of fluids fills your stomach so that you can be less hungry while dieting.  Although any weight loss program is better than nothing, it is highly unlikely that you would lose the amount of weight you need to (probably 200 lbs) without bariatric surgery.  In your age group you really need to highly consider this.
