Biliary emesis: Bile is typically a golden yellow to green color. It mixes with food to help digest dietary fats. When bile backs up into the stomach, it may appear in your vomitus. When persistent, it can lead to alkaline reflux and stomach irritation. Lots of common things can cause bilary emesis, but if persistent, worsening, or associated with pain, tenderness, weight loss, blood then please have it evaluated

: One tends to vomit bile(yellow or green) when the stomach is empty. This may have been one episode of bile reflux which differs from acid reflux.. Your liver continues to produce bile even without a gall bladder which used to store your bile. If this symptom recurs, consult a gastroenterologist for evaluation and advice.

Your sick but normal: Yellow is the normal color or "clearish " with less bile if your pyloric valve is competent  - that is no food in  your stomach at the time of vomiting   totally normal.
 I like that better than dry heaving 
causes  from viral - your sick to  many many other etiologies - need other symptoms to diagnose.

Early morning cough: Could reflect post nasal drainage or GERD since they are more likely to be exacerbated by recumbent position. However other causes like CHF, cough variant Asthma could be possible. Evaluation by a PCP will be a starting point

Morning "vomiting": May be gi-related but daily morning symptoms as described also suggests such entities as diabetes, atypical migraine, lung & sinus issues, & even functional disorders of the gut. Look at what is "vomited" (is there blood, mucus, sinus drainage, phlegm present?), weight loss, wheezing, fever, cough --the doctor will ask these & more when he/she clarifies the history here.  Evaluation is warranted.

Gallbladder bile: The azithromycin may have stimulated release of  bile from your gallbladder. Not to worry.

Hematemesis: Vomiting blood needs to be evaluated emergently either by your MD or in an ER.  You could have an ulcer, hemorrhagic gastritis or a tear at the gastroesophageal junction (mallory weiss tear).  Please get this checked out ASAP!

Concerning: I am concerned for your pain. It could be appendicitis, gallbladder infection, pancreatitis. You need an urgent evaluation by a physician. Please call your pcp or go to the emergency department.
