What's it mean when i have been throwing up yellow bile every morning for about 2 weeks?

Morning "vomiting": May be gi-related but daily morning symptoms as described also suggests such entities as diabetes, atypical migraine, lung & sinus issues, & even functional disorders of the gut. Look at what is "vomited" (is there blood, mucus, sinus drainage, phlegm present?), weight loss, wheezing, fever, cough --the doctor will ask these & more when he/she clarifies the history here. Evaluation is warranted.
