ED: I would have her evaluated in an urgent care center or the emergency department, she may be dehydrated. Call your pediatrician for advice. Take care!

Take her to the ER: If your daughter has been vomiting for 7 hours and unable to keep any fluids down, she is dehydrated and needs immediate treatment. She will most likely need IV fluids.
