Nerve and/or muscle: A squeezed nerve exiting the spinal cord in your neck may be the cause of all the pain.  If so, there may be associated loss of sensation, tingling, weakness and when severe, shrunken muscles. Another common cause of your symptoms is muscle generated pain. The muscles in your neck and shoulder, especially if they are stiff and tender, may cause pain radiating to your head and down your arm.

As long as they chronically don't change, their quality &amp; location don't signify anything dangerous, if that's what you're worried about.

TIA vs hyperventilat: Presence of headache with high BP and unilateral sensory changes requires considering transient ischemic strokes or a cva.  Other causes could be hyperventilation as a consequence of pain leading to secondary tingling (though would expect that to be bilateral and not localizing to one side.

my wisdom tooth start to appear and i have pain in my left side of head and sometimes on teeth is there any relative?when headache mean there is tumor

Unclear question: Headache does not mean tumor. You should consult a dentist about your wisdom teeth as these may need to be removed.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

trying to conceive i ovulated between sep 16 through the 21st my period was sep 6 aftet my ovulating days i have had left side cramping and hite creamy discharge along with a headache for two days could this mean i'm pregnant?

Possibly: Certainly it is possible for you to be pregnant. But some of the vaginal symptoms could also be a sign of infection. Your cramping may also indicate a period coming on. If your symptoms persist you should see your doctor. And if you dont get a period you should take a pregnancy test. But this would be the time of implantation so way to early to know anything yet.

Possible Migraine: Sounds like migraine mimicking paralytic attack. You should talk to your doctor and describe your symptoms very much in details, there are good medicine available for preventing migraine headache.
 Also there are other reasons for this kind of headache and tingling sensation therefore getting your physical check up and  BP check is a good idea.

Many reasons : many things can cause this. If worst HA of your life, associated with neck pain, vision changes, balance problems, focal weakness arm/leg, trouble speaking or skin rash need to be seen ASAP. If none of these can try headache formulation OTC pain reliever if no contraindication to taking it. If HA continues for 2-3 days or more please see doctor. Hope this helps and you feel better soon. Neuralgia: Such sharp,jabbing pains in that area are often due to neuralgia which is an irritable superficial nerve. This is more of a nuisance than anything serious and usually resolves without any specific treatment. However if symptoms persist or worsen, see your physician for evaluation.Sinus discomfort usually is more sustained and is over the eyes or cheekbones.
