TIA vs hyperventilat: Presence of headache with high BP and unilateral sensory changes requires considering transient ischemic strokes or a cva. Other causes could be hyperventilation as a consequence of pain leading to secondary tingling (though would expect that to be bilateral and not localizing to one side.
