CT W/O CONTRAST: This is a CT scan pf the body WITHOUT the need of intravenous (IV) contrast. This does not automatically mean that the study may be done without oral contrast (typically in the setting of a CT of the abdomen and pelvis). Depends on what specifically the doctor is trying to assess.

CT pain: The CT scan itself should be painless.  However, if there is an intravenous injection involved, there may be some discomfort at the injection site, and there may be a sensation of heat or a flushed feeling in the body.  If you have neck or back problems, or other positioning issues, you may be uncomfortable laying on the table.  Otherwise, pain during the CT scan is probably unrelated to the CT .

It means: There's something there but it can't be linked to anything specific.  It may be of no concern, but without seeing the images/report and knowing your history, there's no way to tell.

See a pulmonologist: The findings on ct may be mild or extensive and emphysematous changes can also be seen with environmental exposures (dusts, etc.), second hand smoke exposure, genetic predisposition, rheumatologic diseases, etc. How important the changes are depends on symptoms and lung function tests.

Normal: I can  only address a sinus or mastoid cat scan. But when a radiologist states unremarkable, that means he or she can not detect any pathology.  Incidental bilateral is too non-specific in you question, but usually means a variant of normal.  Let us know what the anatomical area visualized is and what incidental bilateral means.

Radiology: The term Hypodense means that an area on thew CT is "less dense" when compared to surrounding tissues on the same scan.  Usually the "hypodense" area is darker when compared to the surrounding tissues.
