Need to assess : Possible sources of back pain which may be related to structural issues of spine in terms of facet joints or discs leading to mechanical instability - in some cases with wide decompressions leading to stress fractures of remaining bone ie. Pars region. Need spine surgeon to assess with standing flexion/extension films, ct scan ; contrast MRI if failed pt, etc unless smoker then high failure rate.

is it a pinched nerve have pain n the front inner & side of thigh. have pain n lower back, hips, pubic bone, groin area. can decompression help this?

Depends: This depends on what your imaging reveals.  Lumbar stenosis can cause back pain and pain into thighs which are worse with ambulation.  Decompression can help this with or without a fusion depending on your specific image and exam.  However you are very young for something like this to happen.  Please be seen and evaluated.

i had a spinal fusion done on the 29 june 2018. in the last month i have had bad lower back pain and pain radiating up my entire spine. i feel a painful heaviness at the point  i had my fusion.
it was fusion of l5/s1 and decompression ?

See below : I’m sorry to hear that, it could be a number of things however you should talk with your surgeon about them, we can’t diagnose anything of the sort of we don’t have te full picture of things, please talk about the pain with your doctor, I’m sure he/she will give it a fast solution but you have to comunícate things for that to happen.

Patients with numerous cysts or associated abnormalities need further investigations.

Normal variant: The kidneys form by the fusion of lobules.  Sometimes these are still prominent on ultrasound.  More important is the function of the kidneys on laboratory testing and the absence of obstruction on ultrasound.
