High conjugated bilirubin indicates hepatobiliary disease.  You should go see a gastroenterologist with your lab results.

If the condition is not severe the scans may fail to detect changes in  the gross structure of the pancreas   Other organs however are associated with an elevated  amylase such as the fallopian tubes and  lipase is known to be be produced in  mature and immature adipocytes, muscle cells, and mammary epithelial cells . The clinical condition should be  followed and if symptoms progress, then reevaluation should be considered
