why am i having pain in both my arms, from the shoulder till the hands? haven;t done any straining work, etc. i don't have a straight posture.

Nerves.: One possibility is nerve compression from the cervical spine either from a herniated disc or spinal stenosis for example. Was there any trauma in your past?  An X-ray of the C spine and a nerve conduction study could confirm/deny this possibility.  Could also be shoulder related or carpal tunnel which could radiate up the arms, but it would be odd to have either of these on both sides at same time

veins in both arms hurt when i lift something/do work. hurts near wrist and inside elbow near forearm. when i lift my arms up straight over my head i feel some relief ice helps too. small bulge near forearm below inner elbow. sometimes feels itchy

Arm pain: I doubt that it's the arm veins that are causing your pain unless they're distended and tender. Muscles,tendons,ligaments and joints are the usual culprits. Your symptoms are unusual in that you can't pinpoint what structures in your arms are the cause of your symptoms. I recommend being evaluated by your physician or a rheumatologist for diagnosis and treatment.

If your arm was: broken 3 years ago, there's nothing YOU can do about it now.  The bone has already set.  If your arm is painful or deformed or doesn't work normally, you need to see a orthopedic specialist for further evaluation. Physical therapy may improve the function of your arm, but only surgery will straighten it out.  Sorry.  Dr. Anne

Arm pop: Popping with movements of our joints Is. Normal .typically the movement creates a small cavity which fills with gas that becomes released with motion and hence producing the pop sound and or sensation.. This is usually only of concern if it is associated with pain,swelling, discoloration,or stiffness.

why is it that i can't bend my arms straight?

First is this new: Or longstanding? There are some congenital elbow and forearm differences that limit full motion. Arthritis can develop as well as a loose body or bone spur in the joint. Muscle tightness at the front of the elbow can occur especially with vigourous exercise if stretching is ignored. If you decide to stretch, go slow and  gentle and make sure there is not a structural, tendinous, or muscular  issue.

Multiple causes :-: 1: Bone: broken or bruised;
2: muscles/Tendon: pulled, torn, or tendonitis;
3: Nerves: damaged, inflamed or trapped;
4: Joint/Ligaments: capsulitis, ligament torn/pulled; arthritis, loose bodies, etc.
Suggest you see an Orthopod to be Diagnosed properly.

45% of my arm & 1/3 of my back has a discoloration that goes straight from brown to a dark white. it's not a birth mark, what is it?

This can't be: answered without obtaining a medical history and in-person examination. Sometimes biopsies are indicated. Ask your parents about dermatological evaluation. Take care.
