See your doctor: Not sure why you are so confident that it was a "simple partial seizure."  four glasses of wine is too many on one occasion, especially for a woman, and especially for someone being treated for bipolar disorder. You need a full neurological evaluation, especially an eeg and probably a ct scan, as well as several different blood tests. If you didn't see a doctor after this event, you should asap.

: Not a simple answer, as ability to function during a focal seizure may be illusory or misinterpreted by an observer.  If there is indeed true focal epileptic activity, a search for a source, such as a brain tumor, is indicated.  And the afflicted person should be treated with anti-epileptic drugs.  If this indeed is incomplete, see a neurologist ASAP.

Take your time: It may or may not be safe to stop your medication at this point.  I usually wait at least 3 yrs, and if totally seizure free over this time, I check an EEG, and repeat neurological exam.  If all is well, would wean over about 3-4 months.  But, you are taking exceptionally low dose of Keppra, (levetiracetam) which is likely sub therapeutic.  Work closely with your neurologist.

Depakote taper: Depakote is used in psychiatry for anxiety and anxious depression.  In patients seizure free who I have tapered slowly off depakote, many have experienced the symptoms you are describing, but you should check with the practitioner monitoring your taper.
