Not likely: You can not tell that  you have increased globulin by Albumin alone, you will need a total protein to see that. 

18 year olds very very very rarely have myeloma. This Albumin is not so low, check both labs again and stop worrying.

Ask the doctor: Who ordered your test for a specific reason. Usual causes are infection, inflammation, trauma, malnutrition.

: Normal ratio is 1.2 or higher. If you do not have any underlying disease and you feel well, blood test should be repeated for ruling out laboratory error. If the result is the same, the cause of low serum albumin (hypoalbuminemia) needs to be investigated. The 2 most common problems which cause low albumin are kidney and liver disease. Malnutrition with low albumin is likely not existed in America

If I follow you: If you have low proteins and then get a disease that causes protein in your urine, could a test be falsely negative ?  Well a smart doc would know to order quantitative  protien and then it could be interpreted in light of known low immunoglobulins . Some people always spill small amounts of protein, most do not. Doc must know this info too. It's complicated.

: Since your globulin level is low, the albumin/globulin ratio would be high since it is a fraction and the denominator is low-this would make the ratio itself high. See the doctor who ordered the tests to review them. There are many causes of low protein levels, including dietary intake. So, see your doctor for diagnosis/treatment. Good luck!

Need med history: You need to tell us why was this test done. Did you have some complaints? Once we know your symtoms, if any, it is easier to interpret your lab results. Your liver enzymes are slightly high and so is the globulin level which can occur due to liver problems like Hepatitis. Your doctor needs to recheck these labs in another one or two months and find the cause?hepatitis?

See your doctor: Without actual numbers, I can't be of much help.  You should definitely be fully worked up, with protein and urine electrophoresis, and X-rays of your pelvis and hip.

Underlying cause: How much is your globulin level? What symptoms do you have? Who told you that you need to decrease your globulin level? Increased globulin level is usually due to chronic inflammation or tumor of the bone marrow. You need to address the underlying cause.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.
