adnexal masses seen on ultrasound even though tubes and ovaries removed 7yrs ago with hysterectomy (cervix remains). how is this possible and what do colours on ultrasound mean? red, blue, yellow,orange, white?

: If all ovarian tissue was removed in addition to the hysterectomy (except for the cervix), see your GYN physician for guidance, as he/she might require a laparoscopy procedure to obtain a biopsy. The "colors" on an ultrasound represent blood flow through the mass, with different colors showing different rates of flow.

Orange size?: i presume you do not mean color but size. The thyroid is not a very large gland to begin with. If it is a cyst then a colloid cyst is common.  There are other cysts much less common. If solid then there are many different causes.  Goiter as well as hyper plastic nodules look like that. Much more needs to be said about those findings. At that size, talk to your doctor for more information and next

ultrasound confirmed presence of 2 ecogenic masses(7mm and 4mm) in infundibular region of gall bladder. no movement in these masses with the change of patient posture. what does it means and is any anything to worry ? i feel no pain.

Small tumors?: Your age and absence of pain suggest possible small tumors or polyps..the radiologist's report usually includes suggested diagnosis, if not check with a GI/liver specialist

Exactly what you say: The ultrasound is what it is, the clinical significance must be determined by the treating physician with multiple associated factors to be taken into consideration.

good evening doctors. i have 2 silly questions. i had a renal mesenteric ultrasound. the sonographer reported that there were no masses and no blockages. does that mean that, at least for now, i do not have kidney stones? what does mesenteric mean?

: 'Mesenteric'  does not go with 'renal'. Mesentery is tissue by which the intestines are attached to the back wall of the abdomen and has blood vessels in it.  The report would have indicated if you had kidney stones. So you're good to go!

my ultrasound showed heterogeneous myometrium with no fibroids and no masses. also a small amount if fluid around the endometrial area. what does this mean. my dr told me i had a small uterus and my messaurements were all normal. i am very confused?

: It means normal things are found. The people who read these get fussed at if they just say normal, so they include doctor terms to make it more accepted.

i have had pain in my right calf, just below the large muscle for a week or so. little redness, ultrasound came back clear. what is causing this?

for last ~6 mos, pain in upper, inside left arm. no lump, redness, pain on touch. had ultrasound/xray, found nada.  can't figure why! should i worry?

2. What improves the pain (movement, etc.)
3. Any muscle weakness?
4. What sort of work do you do?
5. Are you left/right handed?

Not a cyst: is all that means. More information about what the ultrasound saw to be more informative. In the axilla lymph nodes are usually present. So more information about what the ultrasound showed is needed before I can give you more complete answer
