: Treatment for gonorrhea should begin as diagnosis made. Good medical center can perform microscopy on your urethral discharge. Responsible bacteria, Neisseria gonorrhea, are very characteristic microscopically, thus diagnosis can be immediate &amp; antibiotic such as tetracycline can be prescribed immediately &amp; cure initiated. Call local hospital emerbrncy rooms &amp; enquire if they can do this.Good luck

Testicular injury: Usually if no swelling, and only momentary pain , it should not be very significant concern for infertility but  would follow up with  doctor/ urgent care/ ER  today sooner rather than later .A sonogram  will see if there was hematoma or intermittent torsion. f/u/ today early

It could.: A large enough inguinal hernia can certainly cause testicular pain and can can cause scrotal swelling. I imagine it might also compress or push on the pampiniform veins and exacerbate a clinical varicocele. This complex of symptoms certainly merits medical evaluation.

P-A-I-N: Usually not significant swelling, just pain, and it is more than adequate to get your attention and get you in to the er for evaluation. The pain is progressive and intensifies over time. Swelling usually later sign, often after significant injury to testicle. Nausea/vomiting common due to pain intensity. May radiate up into abdomen, may have difficulty voiding. Go to er if think you are torsed.
