Doubt any thing: There is a lining in your brain called the dura.  This were most sensation comes from on the brain.  I.E.  The brain itself has no sensation.  On some, probably migraine sufferers moreso, this lining can be sensitive and you may notice weird sensations like this when you turn your head.

Might be trouble: Worrying about getting hit by a humanly-thrown ping-pong ball is likely to cause more damage than the ball itself. Excessive worrying or unnatural worrying are both detrimental to one's health. One's primary care doctor can help, or refer to a psychologist if needed. Let the ping-pong balls land where they may.

Beyond that, sunburns, skin irritation, fungal infections, all can cause extracranial pain there.

: In the absence of other symptoms or signs, I would consider this a nonserious &amp; nonspecific symptom. It may have to do with minor irritability of superficial peripheral scalp nerves. I'd expect such irritability to resolve on its own. If the symptom persists, consult your physician or a neurologist for evaluation and advice.

Two different things: One serious, one not serious. You could have hypertension and the increased pressure when you bend over/forward, can cause pressure and headaches. If this is the case, you should be checked by your physician as soon as possible and need BP control. You also may have tight back and neck muscles that, when you bend forward, your pull on those muscles, causing a cervicogenic type headache.
