In the absence of other symptoms or signs, I would consider this a nonserious & nonspecific symptom. It may have to do with minor irritability of superficial peripheral scalp nerves. I'd expect such irritability to resolve on its own. If the symptom persists, consult your physician or a neurologist for evaluation and advice.
