Two different things: One serious, one not serious. You could have hypertension and the increased pressure when you bend over/forward, can cause pressure and headaches. If this is the case, you should be checked by your physician as soon as possible and need BP control. You also may have tight back and neck muscles that, when you bend forward, your pull on those muscles, causing a cervicogenic type headache.
