A member asked:

Can someone chucking a ping pong ball at your head cause a concussion or brain damage? i've had a concussion before and am trying to not worry.

Might be trouble: Worrying about getting hit by a humanly-thrown ping-pong ball is likely to cause more damage than the ball itself. Excessive worrying or unnatural worrying are both detrimental to one's health. One's primary care doctor can help, or refer to a psychologist if needed. Let the ping-pong balls land where they may.

Unlikely: That level of impact is minimal.
