Pop and water in the: This complaint may be due to either water or wax that are trapped in your outer ear canal, fluid collection behind your ear drum as commonly happens after a cold, dysfunction of the connection between the middle ear and the back of the nose (the eustachian tube) as occurs commonly with nasal congestion/cold, bubbles naturally found in the lower jaw joint or when the ear drum is perforated.

i missed a shot of meth in my left side of neck and it is swollen and numb. my left ear sounds like it is filled with water and my ears pop when i swo?

Get off meth: It is not clear as to what your question is, however, you need to get off meth.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine, if you are under 27 years of age.

i drink about a gallon of water per day. i cannot seem to take a deep enough breathe, my lungs just will not fill! my ears pop and i feel rib pressure?

Low blood pressure: Don't drink water, eat your water. Raw vegetables are a very healthy form of water.  Use  a little sea salt as well. Eat 6 equal meals with a slow acting grain like quinoa, and cut up raw vegetables like carrots, celery, cucmbers, radish, beets, lettuce, tomatoes, apple, with olive oil, soy lecithin, and lemon juice. No sugar, dairy, wheat, alcohol or tobacco. Pretend jump rope through the day.

can a one have sinus prob that do not show on ct scan? my ears pop, strange fullness on rt side of face and head. runny nose, watering eye headache. ?

Rule out allergy: A CAT scan of the sinuses is the most specific technique of identifying true sinus inflammation.  The symptoms you express are consistent with upper respiratory tract allergy.  Try OTC antihistamines such as Claritin (loratadine) or Allegra for some relief and if you do not see any improvement, consult an allergist.

my left ear has been "popping" for a couple weeks now. doesn't hurt or anything but it's annoying. water noise always triggers the popping! ?

Eustachian tube: Sometimes the eustachian tube between the back of the nose and the middle ear is not opening and draining the way it should.  Drinking more water can help thin secretions and improve the popping.

i can make my ears pop voluntarily without moving. its addicting like popping your knuckles. will this damage my ears?

Accepted Answer

No: The ear tympanum can become weak from overuse and poor nutrition. Occasional dehydration can also permit  as popping noise against the small bones behind the tympanum.  Eat good quality oils and fats and stay well hydrated, especially when changing elevation.  This should lessen the urge and loosen the knuckles a bit too.

i have a cold & have just experienced a popping in both ears. like my head is under water. i'm also having very bad memory loss half way through talki?

Get checked now.: The loss of memory is NOT typical of a cold. It is also worrying.  Stop any over the counter medications you are taking and do not drink alcohol or use any recreational drugs. Do not drive if you have sudden memory loss. Go to the ED now to be sure something is not seriously wrong with your brain.

Maybe good: Popping may be a sign that air is getting into your middle ear. That would be a positive development.

ENT doc: Probably residual from mumps. If this continues, see an ENT doc for assessment.

hello, i have noticed my ears pop alot i think this may because i have a bad habit of grinding my teeth and moving my jaw in a way that cause my ear the make a crackling noise and how can i get out if this habit had no clue where i t came from?
