Tincture of time: Cracks and fissures on the tongue are usually present all the time.  You have a bad taste in your mouth, possibly from the z=pak meds themselves  or from GI distress from the antibiotics.  Thecracks are inconsequential and may change from time to time.  Ask your dentist to take a look to make sure there is no injury.  Try yoghurt for the bad taste.  If it doesn't resolve in a few days call your md.

The taste of dried blood, trapped food or debris, or loss of the blood clot (dry socket) are some reasons why you could be experiencing a bad taste.  Another possibility could be a postoperative infection.  If you are experiencing pain and swelling associated with the bad taste, you may want to consult with y our dentist or surgeon.

Drainage: There may be drainage of bacteria from either end of the treated tooth, or the temporary filling may be reaching down.  Please call the Dentist or Endodontic Specialist who did your treatment and review your concerns.  Additional treatment may be required.
