No: If you start to pick them off there will be more reaction and poss. Infection.

Keep clean: washing over the scab gently. Avoid removing the scab as this will probably result in bleeding and delay healing.  In the future, avoid popping pimples. There is an antibiotic ointment called Metrogel which can help prevent the development of pimples by applying it twice a day as soon as you feel a pimple starting to develop.  Consult a physician about Metrogel &amp; other medical treatments for acne.

Not recommended. : Steroid creams are not suitable for acne. 
Need regimen of cleansers, antimicrobial topical or systemic and further down the line retinoids if initial don't work. Steroid cream can exacerbate the pimples of infected.

Salicylic Acid: Over the counter benzoyl peroxide and salicylic acid 2% wipes as well as retinol containing skin care products (roc makes over the counter ones) are good acne products to use.

Yes but not advised: Aquaphor is a thick moisturizer useful for some skin conditions but not pimples. A light oil free moisturizer is better for acne [pimples].

Depends: What part of his body.  Likely it is a whitehead somewhat like a pimple. Hot soapy water is good to loosen it up. Benzoyl peroxide or other astringents may help.  If there are signs of infection like redness pain swelling or warmth then antibiotics may be necessary.

Acne: It is important to treat your acne so that you don't get permanent scarring.  Some patients wait too long before seeing their dermatologist to have their acne treated. Normally topical medicines and internal antibiotics are used to keep acne under control.  You can start with an over the counter benzoyl peroxide wash while you are waiting for your appointment with your dermatologist.

Depends : You might not have real pimples but big red follicles. It will take a doctor to tell the difference and decide what to do. Do they hurt ? Be sure not to scratch or scrub them!

Accepted Answer

Not the best idea: Beclomin contains a potent steroid, which can be dangerous to use on the face.  It also contains and anti fungal medication, which is definitely not necessary in acne.  The antibiotic in the cream is neomycin (also found in neosporin).  There are better topical and oral antibiotics available for acne treatment.
