Can i use belcomin cream for my pimples?

Not the best idea: Beclomin contains a potent steroid, which can be dangerous to use on the face. It also contains and anti fungal medication, which is definitely not necessary in acne. The antibiotic in the cream is neomycin (also found in neosporin). There are better topical and oral antibiotics available for acne treatment.
