when botox is used on the bladder is there any way to help flush it out of your system/ help it wear off faster?

Duration of Boto : Botox usually lasts 2-4 months. There is no known method of  causing it to wear off faster.

in ref to a normal function of the ur system. is there any transformation of urine while stored in the bladder? additionally, as the bladder is not completely emptied (about 50ml remain), fresh urine will not be "leavened" with a batch of old urine?

: New urine comes down from the kidneys every second and it always mix with the residual (old urine) so the longer the urine stays in the bladder the higher chance some urine components will change.

3 yrs old had us after uti. this was the findings: fullness of the right renal system with no evident of frank hdrynephrosis. minimal layering echogenic foci at the base of the bladder suggestive of debri. should i be concerned? is this a tumor?

: This is a reassuring result, consistent with a not too serious UTI. No tumor. But discuss with your child's doctor for even better interpretation and advice.

Here are some...: Any thing taken in through the mouth goes to stomach through duodenum to jejunum down to ileum (up this level, the foods digested into simple ingredients for absorption into blood vessel , then to liver, to heart to all tissues and organs to nuture them) then into colon where most of water is absorbed. In such circulation, all blood in time filters through kidneys where the excessive water excrete

Possibly: Unless you have had a hysterectomy, the vagina and uterus separate the rectum from the bladder. That being said problems with any of the the three can be manifested in the others. Best to see you ob-gyn and then a GI or colorectal surgeon.

hey there. i have a lot of pain in the bladder section of my body after a good session of sport. i want to say its muscle pain, and there is no issues when it comes to going to the toilet. are the muscles to hurt there?

Muscle strain: absolutely.  most of or abdominal muscles originate or end at that point on your body.  watch for pain with urination or blood in your urine.

Yes: Our bodies as a whole usually do a great job of self-repair; as long as there is nothing to hinder the work efforts.  Examples include poor nutrition, certain disease processes, certain exogenous substances and medications.

Accepted Answer

Cranberry juice: Maintaining adequate fluid intake and hydration are important.  Water is usually the fluid of choice.  In addition, cranberry juice has been shown to sterilize the urine and protect from certain types of urinary tract infections.
