Here are some...: Any thing taken in through the mouth goes to stomach through duodenum to jejunum down to ileum (up this level, the foods digested into simple ingredients for absorption into blood vessel , then to liver, to heart to all tissues and organs to nuture them) then into colon where most of water is absorbed. In such circulation, all blood in time filters through kidneys where the excessive water excrete
